A few words from ICUIL's Chairman

On behalf of the ICUIL Board, I would like to thank Chris Barty for his chairmanship over the last years, as well as Catherine Leblanc and Terrance Kessler for their valuable contributions as Board members over many years. I would also like to welcome the new Board members: Vincent Bagnoud, who has taken on the role of Treasurer, Jake Bromage, who has taken on the role of Secretary, and Sylvie Jacquemot, who is now co-Chair. They bring invaluable experience to lead ICUIL and act on its behalf.
